Canary is creating a new type of fund — seeded by both employers and employees — that allows employees to access grants in moments of need.
Our ambition is bigger than our own platform though. We want to lift up the field of employee relief funds, advance workplace financial health solutions generally, and contribute to the evolution of the 21st century social safety net.
This ambition is built into our workplan. We advise and collaborate with others who are on the same path. We’ll share what we learn as we learn it.
